5. Nawiri Experts as Intermediary
Nawiri Experts Limited facilitates connections between employers and jobseekers. We are not a party to any employment contract formed between you and a candidate and accept no liability for hiring decisions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your employer account if you breach these Terms, post fraudulent listings, or misuse candidate data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
